S.O.V (Save Our Villages) promotes entrepreneurship in the Savannah region by providing sewing machines to dressmakers.
SOV (Save Our Villages) in its mission to reduce poverty and improve the living conditions of Togolese, was in Mandouri on October 16, 2020 as part of the official launch of the project called: “Every young dressmaker by profession is entitled to a sewing machine. “
This project is initiated by MWF alumna DOUTI Abdou and funded by SOV (Save Our Villages) to provide sewing machines to destitute men, women and girls who have completed their apprenticeship and lack the financial means to purchase one.
The opening ceremony of the official launch of this project was made by the representative of DECLIC-TOGO initiator of this project.
For a good management of these sewing machines, the beneficiaries followed a 2 days training course on the concept of creation and management of micro enterprises.
The beneficiaries, the representative of the Prefectural Office of the Chamber of Trades of Kpendjal, and the representative of Déclic-Togo, expressed their gratitude and gratitude to SOV (Save Our Villages) for this smile during this period of Coronavirus.
